Jesse Boudiette founded Propeller Communications in 2012 after working in both agency and corporate environments for 15 years.
Jesse previously worked for public relations and advertising agencies in Tulsa, St. Louis and South Bend. His experience included retail, restaurant and hospitality, non-profit, health care, municipality, manufacturing, and financial services. Jesse has provided a suite of services for clients including crisis communications, branding and image management, marketing, advertising and promotions, special events, media relations and media spokesperson training, government relations and grass roots and grass tops campaigns.
Jesse recently served as Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Communications for BOK Financial, the holding company for Bank of Oklahoma, six other bank brands and two investment companies with operations and employees in 10 states. Jesse’s responsibilities included crisis and sensitive issues management, government relations, employee communications for 4,500 professionals in numerous metropolitan markets, media relations, social media and communications support for investor relations.

Barrett has learned the communications/public relations industry from nearly every angle, having served as a reporter for the Tulsa World, medical writer and community relations coordinator for St. John Medical Center, public relations director for Oklahoma Special Olympics, and as a public relations account manager at Tulsa’s Littlefield, Inc. His strengths include public relations counseling, strategic planning, crisis planning, media relations, business/technical/medical writing, editorial marketing, litigation media consulting, and Web content development.
Barrett is a 1986 graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, with a bachelor of science degree in journalism. He is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), and in June 2003 he received the “PR Professional of the Year” award from the Tulsa PRSA chapter. Mary brings more than 18 years of public relations experience to Propeller Communications. Her professional strengths include management, meeting facilitation, PR counseling, communication campaign planning, editorial marketing, media relations and customer service training. Mary has helped launch six restaurants in Oklahoma and consulted with five additional concepts. She was named the 2008 Tulsa Public Relations Professional of the Year.
Her background includes extensive executive account experience, including more than five years managing news and marketing at The University of Tulsa, where she managed PR for two colleges and many departments. She also has five years experience as a manager of community relations for St. John Medical Center.
She is a 1988 graduate of The University of Tulsa, with a bachelor’s degree in business and a concentration in marketing.
Mary has been an adjunct faculty member at Oral Roberts University, teaching PR Management to juniors and seniors in the Communication Arts Program. She also writes travel stories for area magazines. Mary was honored in the spring of 2007 by the Association for Parenting Publications for her multi-generation travel story based in Charleston, South Carolina. The feature appeared in the July 2006 issue of Tulsa Kids Magazine.
She is a member of the Tulsa Executive Women’s Forum. She volunteers her time and professional services for area schools, churches and summer camps

Meredith Poling loves finding ways to clearly communicate messages that move people to action, and she has more than a decade of experience doing just that…for everything from local non-profit organizations to a small manufacturing business to a Fortune 200 power giant.
Her diverse background in marketing, communications, design and fundraising has given her a unique ability to create strategies that are both unconventional and effective. For five years she served one of Tulsa’s oldest non-profits and led them in raising more than $7.5 million over her tenure and growing their fundraising event to be the largest of its kind in the country. At Propeller she leads non-profit services and creative strategy.
Meredith excels at combining good business strategy with creative thinking, and her favorite projects are those where she can help a client achieve their goals through routes they never thought about taking. She completed her undergraduate work at Ozark Christian College before receiving her MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Kristy brings extensive campaign management and media relations experience to her position as Account Director at Propeller. She manages ongoing media relations, editorial marketing and special programs for many of the firm’s manufacturing, restaurant and hospitality clients, and has coordinated local/national PR and marketing campaigns.
She graduated in May 2003 from The University of Tulsa with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in anthropology
Trina has spent her career making things work — efficiently, effectively and under budget. She also has an unyielding passion for helping assets grow. Trina spent nine years working in banking where she worked with a variety of customers to advise them on their financial goals while serving as their primary point of contact for services ranging from investments to lending and other transactions. This financial acumen and command of customer service served her well as she and her husband launched and managed a leading dental implant manufacturer that has enjoyed solid growth over its 10-year history.
At Propeller, Trina assures the company runs like a top. She manages operations including all aspects of financial management and human resources, vendor negotiation and general business logistics. Trina embodies our belief that every company should operate like a business, especially those in the creative industry. We think exactly that way about client service as well. Trina and her husband live in Tulsa and are the loving parents of three children.
Bria Moore is a lifelong storyteller who loves two things: words and people. She brings Propeller clients a variety of experience in journalism, non-profits, fundraising and community relations, marketing, public relations and event management.
Most recently, Bria worked with the Tulsa Affiliate of Susan G. Komen®, leading communication and event planning of the Tulsa Race for the Cure, which draws about 9,000 participants annually.
Bria graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Oklahoma State University. She appreciates being part of the Tulsa community and volunteers with Tulsa Reading Partners and StoneSoup Community Venture, Inc. Bria lives in Tulsa with her husband, Evan, and enjoys reading, cooking and trying to keep her vegetable garden alive.
Rebecca brings more than a decade of public relations, community relations and advertising agency experience to our team. She has worked with clients across a broad industry base and enjoys helping making individuals and their brands successful.
After graduating from Northeastern State University with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications, she became an intern at WallerPR where she grew in experience and leadership to become an executive account manager. She relocated to Oklahoma City for a few years where she became the director of public relations at the Jordan Advertising. There she planned PR strategy for the agencies customers. She also writes on a freelance basis for an Oklahoma lifestyle publication.
She brings diplomacy, analytical skills and research savvy back to our team upon rejoining in 2015. Her “wheel house” includes media relations, editorial marketing, crisis communications, media coaching and web content development.
Vanessa’s diverse work history and love for learning new things has garnered her professional career experiences ranging from education course development and regulatory affairs for medical device manufacturing, to private family insurance and coordinating community involvement for the fall 2014 Improve our Tulsa Campaign. Outside of the 8-5, she throws her talent and passion into fundraising and event planning for Zarrow International School.
She is a graduate of The University of Tulsa, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Art History and English.
