Candidates wishing to use email or direct mail as a communication tool for your campaign will be able to send messages to all members of Pipeliners 798 who have chosen to remain on the distribution list. Simply put your content together, including the text of your message and any photos or images you want to include and Propeller will do the rest.

- Wednesday, October 26 – Ballots mailed
- Thursday, December 8 at 9 a.m. – Deadline to receive ballots
- Friday, December 9 – Results announced
DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGNS ($600 + Printing and Postage costs):
We will design and distribute a postcard for your campaign to reach approximately 6,600 people on the Pipeliners 798 mailing list. To setup your a direct mail campaign, fill out this form. Once you complete your order, Propeller will respond with confirmation and a postcard draft. We will not send anything on your behalf until you have given final approval.
- Each campaign will be priced individually at $600 each. All fees will be paid in advance.
- This fee ONLY includes the work to design and prepare your mailing. All expenses for printing and postage will be separate and estimated at $4,000 (plus tax) for a 6×9 postcard going to the full list of 6,600.
- Candidate must supply their own content in complete and fully approved, ready-to-go format, including text and images. Propeller will use this content exactly as provided for postcard design.
- We need five (5) business days lead time before you receive your first draft of artwork to approve.
- We require three (2) business days notice from the receipt of final approved content before the postcard will be sent to the printer.
EMAIL CAMPAIGNS ($600 each):
